Disciples Care for Children

Disciples Care for Children is dedicated to encouraging and supporting ministry TO children; helping congregations recognize the important ministering role OF children; and finding new opportunities of doing ministry WITH Children. The Disciples Care for Children logo has become the symbol of all Disciples programs that addresses the needs of children.

One major focus of Disciples Care for Children is developing a network of Disciples churches doing children's ministry. With information on the various programs and ministries in which churches are involved, Disciples Care for Children is able to facilitate the exchange of stories, knowledge, experiences, programs and ideas between Disciples congregations. The network also serves as a strong base for advocacy work on behalf of children.
