2014 Woman-to-Woman Worldwide to France & Italy

On Sunday, October 12, 2014, the Woman-to-Woman Worldwide delegation landed in Paris. To rejuvenate from the trans-Atlantic flight they took a five mile walking tour of Paris. The first stop was Notre Dame. They ended the day with worship at Temple du Marais.

Thus began the miraculous journey that lasted until the return flight home on Wednesday, October 22.

Ways to participate in this study opportunity –

Study Material:

Just Women magazine for 2015 has three issues published in Winter, Summer, and Fall with additional information in each issue. The Winter issue shares the story of one participant’s “life-changing day in Paris”. You can read it on page 16. On page 15 you will learn who sang in the choir at a church in Rome. All issues include more stories and  beautiful pictures of the group and some of the wonderful women they met.

Extra copies of the Winter 2015 issue are available. A study guide is included.

Service Project:

The Eglantine Women’s Shelter welcomes pregnant and single women, alone or with children, facing significant need. They have the ability to house a total of 59 women and 89 children, ages 0 to 16. The women work toward autonomy & independence while in the care of the shelter. This is also the only shelter in Paris to accept battered women. The main purpose of this project is to raise funds to expand and re-model the facility to provide expanded usage.

Handy one-page flyer to share.

Share the online story at the Global Ministries web site to help spread the word of this great work.
