1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (NKJV).
It is a time and place for everything. This week is the time for you to take your mind off of what you are going through and put it on God. Each day just thank and praise God in advance for answering your prayers. The same way God delivered the Hebrew boys from the fiery furnace and Daniel from the lion’s den, God will deliver you. The same way God kept His promise to Sara God will keep the promises that He has made unto you. Your task for this week is to rejoice continuously. As you go about your day keep a prayer going in your mind. It is God’s will that you thank Him in everything, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Thankful is what God requires of you, knowing that He will see you through.
In the midst of the hard aches and strife, God wants to guide you through this life.
Making a way out of no way is His specialty, as you read and apply His word consistently.
Even when things are making you cry, you remember God will never lie.
The things that come to put you to the test, only put you in a position of arrest.
Offering up a sacrificial praise while you have your hand raise.
Rejoicing in the morning, noon, and night, trusting in God becomes your delight,
Engaging in a relationship with God who is great, because He is making the pathway straight.
Joy of the Lord gives you strength, over and over even if your tense.
Only when you are thanking God in all things, your mind body and soul begins to sing.
Intentionally worshiping Him in spirit and truth, as if you do not have any couth.
Come one come all and magnify the Lord with me, then you will be able to see.
Everything begins and ends with the magnitude of your praise.
Oh, give thanks unto the Lord, so you can be restored.
