This edition of Conversation Café will feature our special guest presenter, Rev. Kinsie M. Tate, LPC, LPCC, M.Div., M.Ed., Executive Director of Restore Clergy in Newport Beach, California. Inspired by Matt Bloom’s flourishing in ministry and clergy well-being research, participants will be introduced to the characteristics of a thriving pastor or church leader, reflect on their personal and vocational well-being, identify practices and relationships that strengthen congregational leaders in flourishing, and understand the impact thriving leaders have on congregations. Thriving leaders are essential to creating and sustaining vital, innovative congregations today. Join us for this important workshop so that together we might begin to consider what a next step toward greater wellness and resilience might be for our lives and ministry.
