Black Church & Climate Justice Free Webinar — A Prophetic Call to Action

Tuesday, July 28, 2026; 6:30 PM CST  (7:30 ET) Hosted by Apostle Sharyn Cosby

The upcoming Black Church and Climate Justice Webinar is more than a scheduled program — it is a prophetic summons for such a time as this. Rooted in the deep spiritual traditions of the Black church, this virtual gathering invite clergy, faith leaders, laypersons, and community members to explore how environmental justice is inseparable from the gospel’s call to love, liberation, and stewardship.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM CST, participants will join a powerful lineup of clergy, theologians, and climate justice advocates who are confronting the urgent realities of climate change and its disproportionate impact on Black communities. Through Scripture, testimony, and practical strategy, attendees will discover how faith can mobilize communities to heal creation and protect future generations.

What to Expect

  • Prophetic teaching from clergy and activists who connect environmental justice to spiritual renewal
  • Interactive discussions on how churches can lead local climate initiatives
  • Real life stories from congregations already transforming their neighborhoods through sustainable practices
  • Practical tools for building climate resilient ministries and engaging communities

Why You Should Attend

Climate justice is not merely a political concern — it is a moral and spiritual mandate. The Black church has always stood at the forefront of movements for justice, truth telling, and community transformation. This webinar continues that legacy by equipping attendees to preach, teach, organize, and act with clarity and courage. Participants will leave empowered to embody a faith that moves mountains, heals the earth, and protects the most vulnerable.
