The YAYA Leadership Lounge is a monthly virtual gathering for anyone who is passionate about supporting, serving, or learning more about ministry with youth and young adults. Whether you are a pastor, youth director, volunteer, mentor, educator, parent, student, emerging leader, or simply someone who wants to grow in this work, you are welcome.
The Lounge offers a welcoming and inclusive space to connect, learn, exchange ideas, discuss real-life ministry experiences, share resources, and encourage one another. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience, you’ll find a community committed to listening, learning, and growing together.
This isn’t another meeting where you’re expected to have all the answers. It’s a collaborative learning community where you can bring your questions, experiences, successes, challenges, and curiosity. Together, we’ll listen for what young people are teaching the church, explore faithful and creative ministry practices, and imagine communities where every young person experiences belonging, purpose, safety, dignity, and the liberating love of God.
Grounded in 1 Thessalonians 5:11—“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up”—the YAYA Leadership Lounge is a monthly opportunity to connect, share wisdom, learn from one another, and be equipped to serve youth and young adults with greater confidence and care.
