WASHINGTON, DC — Today, October 17th at 11 a.m., local interfaith clergy will host a rally to call on the Trump administration to preserve Temporary Protective Status (TPS), a program which gives legal status to people fleeing war or natural disaster. For hundreds of thousands of people in the United States who fled from different countries, this is a moral imperative. Clergy and community leaders will meet in front of the White House to ask the Trump administration to make the wise and humane choice.
