Rev. Sharon Stanley-Rea Among DC-Area Clergy to Hold White House Rally to Save TPS ​​

WASHINGTON, DC — Today, October 17th at 11 a.m., local interfaith clergy will host a rally to call on the Trump administration to preserve Temporary Protective Status (TPS), a program which gives legal status to people fleeing war or natural disaster. For hundreds of thousands of people in the United States who fled from different countries, this is a moral imperative. Clergy and community leaders will meet in front of the White House to ask the Trump administration to make the wise and humane choice.

Rally to call on the Trump administration to extend Temporary Protective Status for all ten countries and keep our families and communities whole
